What is Peer Support?
We are different:
Peer Support is very different than other types of mental health programs. It is unique, in that Peer Support workers have experienced recovery personally.
We offer hope:
Peer Support Workers are an encouragement and a source of hope for people. Our desire is that through Peer Support, everyone will have a clearer idea of recovery and what recovery could look like for them.
We strengthen community:
Through relationship building, we work to create bridges to the greater community.
